I am active user of Indonesian, Malay, and Javanese Wikipedia. South East Asian has 681.491.526 citizen total, and 160 milion malay speaker. I think commons need more admin to accomodate user around the world, espesially from ESEAP and ASEAN. Because many user non-english speaker espesially Malay and Indonesian is not feel treated well (eg. "Me"), because of differences in languages and culture. Thanks. Oppose - insufficient tenure and editing experience - Only participated in 5 DRs and only uploads own work (so nothing from Flickr etc), I understand the need for diverse admins and I appreciate it may be hard for non-English editors to navigate around the site however I cannot support purely based on the diverse aspect - You've not done a great deal in all the years you've been here that warrants the admin toolkit. Maybe you could translate pages into Malay, Indonesian or Jav.
